Marketing and Communications Manager

About the Role

You will lead the complete product marketing experience for Aeva's growing product portfolio, shaping the representation of our product line and helping to expand our customer base. This involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, business development, and communications teams to develop go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on Aeva’s industries, customers, products, technology, and competition
• Develop, evaluate, and test new marketing strategies to increase product awareness and demand
• Partner with business development, product management, and engineering to create sales enablement materials (e.g., competitive research, decks, data sheets, webinars, web pages, product videos)
• Create, position, and launch marketing campaigns and content that drive awareness and preference for Aeva’s products
• Work with stakeholders to define and validate business and technical requirements
• Serve as the technical and product advocate for strategic accounts
• Develop educational content for sales and/or customers
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast sales volumes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in technology and B2B environments
• 7+ years of experience crafting narratives for multiple products that drive strategic decisions
• BS/MS in Engineering, Marketing, or a similar discipline
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth, market share, and profitability in global technology sectors (LiDAR, Mobile Mapping, Automotive, fiber optic components)
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Startup or entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take on hands-on tasks

Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Equity, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
