Responsibilities

  • Enhance marketing reporting to provide insights that measure performance and business impact.
  • Improve analytics operations by refining processes, documentation, and governance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to scale the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
  • Implement and support enterprise measurement frameworks for consistent reporting standards.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate actionable insights.
  • Manage data refreshes and automation to boost operational efficiency.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Promote a hybrid service and self-service analytics model through education and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance data governance and technical processes supporting analytics.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in Marketing Analytics, Analytics Operations, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proficiency in managing analytics operations, including project management and data governance.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI platforms like Power BI and Databricks.
  • Ability to translate web analytics data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise measurement frameworks and analytics governance.
  • Background in supporting large-scale marketing analytics initiatives.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing analytics operations.
