Marketing Analytics Lead
About the role
This Role Is Responsible For Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys partnering directly with Analytics/ML, Growth and Product Marketing leadership.
Lead and scale a small, AI-augmented analytics team using AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate ad-hoc analysis, and free the team for higher-value experimentation and strategy work.
Run our marketing test-and-learn agenda translating results into clear insights and recommendations to grow the business.
Partner with the Machine Learning (ML) team to evolve our MTA, MMM and incrementality frameworks to measure performance and brand impact.
Manage data/martech vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and data sources to continue to level up our product.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys partnering directly with Analytics/ML, Growth and Product Marketing leadership.
- Lead and scale a small, AI-augmented analytics team using AI tools to automate reporting, accelerate ad-hoc analysis, and free the team for higher-value experimentation and strategy work.
- Run our marketing test-and-learn agenda translating results into clear insights and recommendations to grow the business.
- Partner with the Machine Learning (ML) team to evolve our MTA, MMM and incrementality frameworks to measure performance and brand impact.
- Manage data/martech vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and data sources to continue to level up our product.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience.
- Attribution modeling and marketing measurement (incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).
- Strong SQL; experience with large datasets and modern data warehouses.
- Track record improving CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
- Paid media analytics across multiple channels (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, App).
- Experiment design and interpretation (A/B testing).
- Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or similar).
- Advanced degree a plus.
Skills
- Fintech, lending, or regulated-industry experience (nice-to-have).
- CRM/lifecycle marketing analytics (email, in-app, push) (nice-to-have).
- Martech/CDP platforms and vendor evaluation (nice-to-have).

Pay
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $230,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, and job duties / requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience.
