Marketing Analytics Lead

Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports customer acquisition, retention, and marketing effectiveness.
Own full-funnel marketing analytics initiatives, measuring performance across paid media, acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and customer journeys.
Lead and develop a small, AI-enabled analytics team by leveraging automation tools to improve reporting efficiency and accelerate strategic analysis.
Define and manage marketing experimentation strategies, including test design, measurement approaches, and translating results into actionable recommendations.
Partner with machine learning teams to improve attribution models, marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and incrementality measurement frameworks.
Analyze customer acquisition performance and identify opportunities to improve CAC, LTV, channel efficiency, and overall marketing ROI.
Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models that support leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to align measurement strategies with business objectives.
Manage relationships with marketing technology vendors and evaluate new platforms, tools, and data sources to enhance analytical capabilities.
Use AI-driven approaches to streamline analytics workflows and enable the team to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives.
Requirements
An experienced marketing analytics leader with strong technical skills, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or a related data-driven discipline.
4+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams.
Strong expertise in marketing measurement methodologies, including attribution modeling, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and modern data warehouse environments.
Proven track record improving customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and marketing channel performance.
Experience analyzing paid media performance across multiple channels, including search, paid social, affiliates, and mobile applications.
Strong experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation programs.
Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, data science, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a similar discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred: Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or other regulated industries.
Preferred: Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing analytics, including email, in-app, and push channels.
Preferred: Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and vendor evaluation processes.
