Job Summary

Flagstar’s Client Insights & Analytics Team leverages cutting-edge analytics and modern data platforms to unlock actionable insights to make smarter decisions that balance business outcomes with customer needs. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Client Insights & Analytics Team at Flagstar.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-impact analyses, dashboards, and reports to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Build intuitive, self-serve visualizations using tools like Power BI to support marketers in tracking their KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to marketing leaders and channel owners, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and programs.
  • Led/participate in cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, digital, and product teams to ensure analytics solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.

Additional Accountabilities

  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.

Required Qualifications

  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • Minimum experience required: 7+ Years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or related roles.
  • Hands on experience in modern data architecture and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data transformation tools.
  • Strong programming experience in SQL, Python or R.
  • Proven experience with one of the BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage projects independently.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, digital metrics, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other clickstream data collection tools.
