About the role

The Marketing Analytics Chief of Staff partners closely with leadership to improve how the team operates, drive clarity and follow-through on priorities, and strengthen coordination across key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who brings strong judgment, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will help the leadership team operate more effectively by shaping team routines, improving planning and communication, and building the structure and momentum needed to move important work forward.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage insights from marketing analytics to enhance leadership team effectiveness, including improving planning routines, meeting effectiveness, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Design and mature team operating rhythms such as planning, staff meetings, All Hands, Analytics Collab, reviews and retrospectives, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and implement practical improvements that increase focus, accountability, and team productivity.
  • Prepare concise weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates that connect work to business priorities and OKRs while reinforcing a culture of preparation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Independently develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate priorities, progress, and decisions to a variety of audiences.
  • Deliver clear and timely updates across the organization, tailoring communications for different audiences and ensuring work is understood, socialized, and moving forward with alignment.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of the team’s analytics work, tools, and processes to speak confidently and clearly about priorities, insights, and progress to business partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of related work experience, with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, improving team operations, or managing complex workstreams. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. A graduate degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments with limited direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for a range of business audiences.
  • Experience developing polished presentations, organizing leadership discussions, and driving follow-through on decisions and action items.
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort working in an analytics-driven environment, with the ability to build credibility with both analytical and business partners.
