Responsibilities
- Execute advanced marketing analysis
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure
- Deliver reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards
- Translate large, complex datasets into intuitive, business-ready reporting solutions
- Standardize reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across teams
- Reduce ad-hoc reporting needs by developing durable, self-service dashboards
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI
- Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
- Develop actionable insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing lifecycle
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks
- Evaluate and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to streamline data preparation, insight generation, or dashboard development
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM stakeholders to improve data structure and tracking
- Contribute to improvements in data governance and reporting strategy
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
- Support leadership with recurring performance reporting and executive-level dashboards
- Help shape reporting best practices and influence data strategy within the marketing organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data transformation
- Strong experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, functional, and visually compelling reports
- Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics copilots, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, or enhance data workflows
