About The Role

Delaware North is seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join its dynamic team at the global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. This role is pivotal in supporting the marketing department by leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels to uncover trends, evaluate campaign performance, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about data-driven marketing, innovation, and growth. While Buffalo, NY, is preferred, remote candidates based in NYC or Boston will also be considered, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or financial analyst role
  • Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Data Studio
  • Technical expertise in data models, data mining, pivot tables, spreadsheets, and visualization techniques
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels to identify trends and insights
  • Maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals and objectives
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI
  • Aid in the creation and implementation of value-added programs, platforms, and initiatives to enhance customer engagement
  • Support the development of relationship management tools and processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics tools to continuously improve data analysis capabilities
