Marketing Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Greenville, SC. You'll be the analytical engine behind our marketing strategy—turning data into decisions and insights into impact. From building dashboards and forecasting models to conducting customer research and supporting ROI analysis, your work will directly shape how we connect with and serve our customers. You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Data teams—bringing bold ideas and breakthrough analysis to the table as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and forecasting models
• Conduct customer research
• Support ROI analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Intelligence, Product, and Enterprise Data teams
• Apply A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis—lending, fintech, or banking experience is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel expert preferred)
• Experience with Power BI
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Snowflake, or Sigma
• Familiarity with A/B testing, regression, cluster analysis, and other marketing measurement methodologies
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check
