Marketing Campaign Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full time Industry: Professional Services, Software, Financial Services Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in managing email marketing programs, marketing automation workflows, CRM campaign reporting, and paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with Pardot, SendGrid, Salesforce, and digital advertising platforms, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid search, landing pages, and digital channels.Manage campaign calendars and coordinate campaign deployment to support business objectives and revenue targets.Partner with product marketing, sales, and content teams to create compelling campaign assets and messaging.Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.Build and execute email campaigns using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and SendGrid.Create dynamic customer journeys, audience segmentation strategies, and automated nurture programs.Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, creative elements, and calls-to-action.Ensure email deliverability, compliance, and best practices.Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, campaign tracking, dashboard/report creation, and attribution models.Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max channels.Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Regularly report on KPIs including leads, conversions, cost-per-lead, pipeline contribution, and revenue. Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.Hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce CRM.Experience managing email campaigns with SendGrid or similar platforms.Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) campaigns.Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies.Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign reporting.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator, Pardot Specialist, Google Ads, or Google Analytics certifications.Experience with SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Experience in B2B environments, professional services, software, or financial services.Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other business intelligence tools.
