What You’ll Do
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the dedicated marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business (e.g., contact lenses and glasses), building trusted relationships with business unit leaders and subject matter experts
- Lead intake conversations to understand business objectives, translate them into clear marketing briefs, and set realistic expectations on scope, timing, and resources
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, proactively identifying resource constraints and facilitating trade off discussions
- Advocate for your clients' needs within the marketing team while also pushing back constructively when requests fall outside strategy or capacity
- Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned campaigns across channels including email/text, digital advertising, print, and events
- Communicate campaign status, risks, and results to internal clients; navigate competing priorities with transparency and confidence
- Partner with channel managers, creative/content, and analytics teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing programs on time and on budget
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines across multiple simultaneous workstreams; keep marketers informed on dependent product or merchandise work and timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, intake processes, planning practices, and cross-functional collaboration
- Support quarterly marketing planning cycles for each line of business
- Monitor campaign performance and work with analytics to surface insights and recommendations for optimization
What You'll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a client-facing marketing operations role — healthcare or a similarly regulated industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details
- Strong communicator who can translate complex business needs into actionable marketing plans, and vice versa
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with project management tools and marketing platforms
- A bias toward proactive communication — you surface issues early and come with solutions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
