Market Technology Management - Business Manager Executive Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Markets Technology portfolio governance frameworks, including Executive Management Reports (EMRs), dashboards, and standardized management information.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of portfolio data used for senior management decision-making.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, standardization, and automation readiness for portfolio reporting.
  • Act as the primary Markets Technology interface for CIO scorecards, Markets Sensor metrics, and enterprise performance reporting.
  • Program-manage Markets Technology senior leadership forums, including offsites, deep-dives, and strategy sessions.
  • Partner with HR, CIO and Head BM on developing and executing approved Markets Technology workforce and location strategies.
  • Track and report on organizational health metrics, including manager spans, autonomous breaks, and firmwide workforce requirements.
  • Cook up with HR, GT Office, and Business Managers to ensure consistent execution and reporting of workforce actions & act as the primary operational interface between Technology leadership and external partners.
  • Oversee the international CIO function and assure that local legal entity and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Act as a trusted execution partner to the Head of Business Management and senior Markets Technology leadership.

Required Qualifications, Skills, And Capabilities

  • Strong experience in Technology Business Management, Finance, or COO-type roles within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate with senior leadership and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with portfolio governance, workforce strategy, and enterprise reporting.
  • Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and operational detail.
