About the role

In today’s dynamic and increasingly complex global marketplace, the ability to connect strategy with execution through reliable, data-informed planning is essential to supporting Brooks’ growth. As the Market Supply Planning Operations Planner at Brooks, you will support MSP Global Operations by coordinating and maintaining key cross-regional planning processes, tools, reporting, and timelines that help connect planning decisions across regions and planning horizons.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support key planning processes, tools, and workflows to improve accuracy, usability, and consistency.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or data quality issues across planning workflows and contribute recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs so planning tools, timelines, and reporting remain aligned with evolving business needs and system capabilities.
  • Support Connected Planning activities by preparing scenario inputs that combine Go-To-Market timelines, risk considerations, and capacity assumptions.
  • Assist with planning transformation activities, including process documentation, testing, training materials, and user adoption support for evolving supply planning capabilities and systems.
  • Contribute to data-informed planning by maintaining high-quality inputs, outputs, and cross-functional visibility.
  • Coordinate global SPS PO activities to support product launches and market readiness.
  • Gather and organize cross-functional inputs needed to support timely and accurate SPS execution aligned to GTM milestones.
  • Support designated cross-regional inventory management processes and programs, including reporting, process documentation, inventory visibility, and recommerce-related coordination.
  • Support capacity planning activities through data preparation, file maintenance, timeline coordination, and reporting updates across Footwear and Apparel workflows.
  • Partner closely with MSP leadership to support evolving global planning priorities and transformation-related activities.
  • Collaborate across Sourcing, Sales, eCommerce, Finance, GTM Ops, and regional planning teams to coordinate planning inputs, timelines, and execution needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
  • CPIM, CPSM, or similar certifications preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management; global or multi-region exposure preferred
  • Experience working in S&OP, supply planning, manufacturing, demand planning, operations, or logistics environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in global environments, coordinating inputs and maintaining visibility across multiple stakeholders
  • Preferred experience working with advanced planning, reporting, or analytics tools such as Kinaxis, M3, Power BI, Snowflake, or comparable platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large, complex data sets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, risks, and recommended next steps
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to practical process improvement efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and updates
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build trust and work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • High attention to detail paired with the ability to understand end-to-end supply chain impacts
  • Strong accountability, follow-through, and commitment to reliable execution

Pay

The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $70,007 - $105,064 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Schedule

You will spend 4 days per week in our Seattle offices, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
