Supply Planner
About the role
The Supply Planner operates at the heart of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for the Distribution domain, working in a matrix organization with other domains and corporate planning.
Responsibilities
Translate demand into supply scenarios
Identify constraints and risks
Enable cross-functional decision-making within your domain and x-domains
Support meaningful discussions in monthly S&OP / IBP meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field
Experience in supply planning, material planning, S&OP or IBP environments
Experience in working in a matrix organization and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions
Strong (senior) stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g. SAP, JDE, Anaplan, or similar)
Ability to balance short-term execution with mid- to long-term planning
Qualifications
Experience in supply planning, material planning, S&OP or IBP environments
