Supply Planner
About the role
We’re standing up a dedicated Supply Planning function from scratch, and this role gets to help build it. You’ll own end-to-end supply planning for a product platform while helping shape the team's operating cadence, SOPs, and tools as one of its founding members. You’ll lead the shift from a finished-goods buffer strategy to Configure-to-Order (CTO), including attach-rate-driven planning for accessories and semi-finished goods. You’ll work closely with contract manufacturing partners on the ground and serve as the key supply planning voice in our SAP IBP and S/4HANA transformation, partnering across Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and NPI to keep plans aligned to the business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply planning for your platform, translating demand signals into executable build, capacity, and material plans across internal and CM sites
- Lead the transition from finished-goods buffer to Configure-to-Order for your platform, including buffer positioning and attach rate models for accessories and semi-finished goods
- Serve as the primary supply planning point of contact for your assigned contract manufacturer(s), driving planning cycles, capacity commitments, and performance reviews
- Act as the business SME for supply planning in the SAP IBP/S/4HANA implementation — shaping requirements, process design, and driving adoption to close gaps between current tooling and the CTO model
- Contribute to the building of the Supply Planning function itself: contribute to its SOPs, KPIs, and playbook as the team scales

Direct, hands-on experience planning in SAP (MM/PP/APO) along with SAP IBP or an equivalent APS platform (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
