About the role

The role is responsible for developing and implementing language strategies that enhance cross-cultural communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement language strategies that support cross-cultural communication
  • Conduct cultural sensitivity training sessions for employees
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective communication
  • Evaluate and improve language resources and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, International Studies, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in language strategy development
  • Strong understanding of global business practices and cultural norms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and another major world language
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Knowledge of language technology and software
