The role is responsible for developing and implementing language strategies that enhance cross-cultural communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement language strategies that support cross-cultural communication
- Conduct cultural sensitivity training sessions for employees
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective communication
- Evaluate and improve language resources and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, International Studies, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in language strategy development
- Strong understanding of global business practices and cultural norms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and another major world language
- Experience working in multicultural environments
