About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Document and report any issues or concerns related to equipment and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a bakery or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
