Join our team as a Production Technician at Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure quality output.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using industrial machinery and equipment.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of food processing and handling procedures.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
