Market Restaurant - Buffet Server

About the role

The Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center, managed by Benchmark Hospitality, is seeking a Buffet Server to join our team. This position is full-time and works second shift.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to take drink orders.
• Clear, clean, and reset plates, tables, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, rolling silver, cleaning side stations, vacuuming, and more.
• Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.

Requirements

• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Likes to smile and talk to people.
• Restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a tip-free environment.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.

$19 per hour - no tips
