Market President/Loan Officer
About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Market President to lead three community bank locations north of Wichita, Kansas. They can be based out of any of the three. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will inherit a well‑established $25 to $30 million portfolio that is evenly split between agricultural and commercial lending, making experience in both areas essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected community bank and make a meaningful impact in a market with strong customer relationships and continued growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the $25‑$30 million loan portfolio (agricultural and commercial)
- Direct the lending operations of the three branches
- Provide leadership to the lending team
- Ensure the market meets its financial and growth objectives
- Serve as a strong ambassador for the bank throughout the communities it serves
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience in agricultural and commercial lending
- Experience leading multiple community bank locations
- Strong relationship management, business development, and team‑leadership skills
- Ability to manage and grow a $25‑$30 million portfolio
