Ag Lender/Commercial Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage agricultural and commercial lending relationships in the Mediapolis/Wapello market
• Structure and grow ag, C&I, and related lending portfolios while sourcing deposit relationships
• Build strong, long-term relationships with farmers, ag producers, and local business owners
• Represent BANK at community, ag, and industry events

Qualifications

• Agricultural background or hands-on ag experience strongly preferred
• Commercial or agricultural lending experience preferred; strong candidates with transferable ag knowledge encouraged to apply
• Willing to train right candidate
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with long-term career focus
