About the role

This role will inherit an established $30 million loan portfolio and approximately $50 million in deposits. The portfolio is 90% agricultural, consisting primarily of row-crop, cow-calf operations, and a feedlot.

Responsibilities

• Continue to grow the $30 million loan portfolio
• Manage the $50 million in deposits
• Lead the branch in both business development and branch management
• Be a relationship-driven lender
• Actively engage in the local community

Requirements

• Strong ag banking background
• Currently living close to the market or willing to relocate
