Market Manager Revenue Cycle CDI
About the role
The Market Manager Revenue Cycle, CDI will oversee the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) team, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and meeting productivity and accuracy standards. They will develop and implement strategic plans, analyze complex data, generate KPI performance reports, and foster collaboration between physicians, coding teams, and clinical quality departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CDI team, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans designed to achieve CommonSpirit Health (CSH) enterprise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze complex data, generating insightful monthly KPI performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Act as a vital liaison between physicians, coding teams, and clinical quality departments, fostering collaborative relationships essential for the accuracy and integrity of the inpatient medical record and optimizing clinical documentation processes.
- Lead CDI department meetings, drive process improvement projects, and foster a professional, team-oriented environment.
- Ensure managers have necessary tools, support accountability, and can troubleshoot remote computer issues effectively.
Requirements
- Average of 4-6 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, clinical documentation improvement, and healthcare data analytics.
- Proven experience in managing CDI teams, a deep understanding of healthcare compliance and coding guidelines, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and clinical data accuracy across a large healthcare system.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Informatics.
- Previous experience effectively managing remote teams.
- Experience with various encoder and EMR systems (Optum eCAC, Solventum, EPIC, Cerner, Meditech).

Pay
The posted compensation range of $47.52 - $78.41 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
This role is full-time with 80 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), and requires travel of up to 25% of the time.
