Market Manager - Oregon

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan across all locations
• Manage activities of all locations, coordinating with General Managers
• Hold staff accountable for shop performance and adherence to SOP
• Conduct daily load leveling calls for market coordination
• Recruit, train, and coach new hires to enhance customer satisfaction
• Promote safety and monitor compliance with safety policies
• Collaborate with corporate staff for market growth and objective achievement
• Review performance with location managers, coaching for improvement
• Conduct monthly operations reviews and audits with location managers
• Act as liaison with area insurance contacts for client responsiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years in collision repair industry
• 3+ years of management experience
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• Estimating license (if applicable)
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Extensive estimating experience
