Business DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe we can call it "About the role" or "Overview"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: First paragraph: "We’re looking for a highly motivated, field-based Market Manager to support the growth of the Purina Feed brand across Farm & Ranch retail partners in the Pacific Northwest Region. This role is focused on in-store execution, product support, and building strong relationships at the store level. You will spend the majority of your time in-market working directly with store teams to improve product placement, increase visibility, and drive sales. The Market Manager independently manages day-to-day market execution decisions within an assigned territory, using store-level insights, sales trends, and business priorities to determine where to focus time, resources, and partner engagement. This is a high-travel role that requires regular overnight stays and a strong ability to work independently in the field. Sales area includes Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Candidates must be located within the sales area." That's overview. Then bullet list of responsibilities? Actually they have headings like "Drive In-Store Execution", "Drive Engagement and Influence Store Teams", "Partner with Retail Leadership", "Support Retail Growth and Expansion", "Collaborate and Support Field Initiatives". Under each heading there are bullet-like sentences. We need to format as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each bullet as list items under a section like "Responsibilities". Or we could have separate sections for each heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we only include sections that have real specific content. We have content for About the role (overview). Responsibilities: we have many duty statements. Requirements: Education and Experience, Travel Requirements maybe? Actually Travel Requirements is separate but could be part of Requirements. Qualifications: maybe Education and Experience. Skills: Skills And Capabilities. Benefits: Benefits paragraph. Pay: Compensation section. Schedule: maybe not explicit schedule; they mention travel 80% and overnight stays but not schedule like full-time/part-time. So we may omit Schedule if not specific. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". The compensation section Pay we have actual numbers: base salary range $70,800 - $106,200, target bonus Ten Thousand. So we can include Pay. Benefits: they list medical, dental, vision, PTO, life & disability insurance, education assistance, 401k, well-being resources. Also part-time specifics but we can keep full-time benefits. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workforce, etc. Also remove "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." maybe we can keep as part of About the role? Actually "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." is company description; could be considered part of About the role or separate but not required. The instruction says we can include About the role heading; we could incorporate company description there. But we should not include EEO/EOE statements. Also remove "Neither Land O’Lakes, nor its search firms, will ever contact you..." etc. Also remove "Land O'Lakes does not use Automated Decision-Making Technology..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: base salary range, target bonus, mention that base salary dependent on experience/tenure, generally ranges between..., target bonus is Ten Thousand, In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges. That's substantive. We need to keep travel requirements: Approximately 80% travel, Expect 3 to 4 overnight stays most weeks. We need to keep education/experience: Bachelor’s degree required, 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or store-level training (CPG or similar industry preferred), Ability to use sales data, store observations, and partner feedback to make sound territory-level decisions and recommendations, Experience working directly with retail stores or field-based environments is preferred. We need to keep skills list: Strong ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory, Effective communicator, comfortable training and presenting to groups, Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at the store level, Basic analytical skills with the ability to use sales data to inform decisions, Comfortable working in a hands-on, customer-facing role, Ability to record store visits in salesforce, creating a communication loop. Preferred Background: Experience in agriculture, livestock, or feed industry, Familiarity with Farm & Ranch or similar retail environments, Understanding of retail merchandising and store resets, Experience with basic digital tools for communication or training. We need to keep responsibilities as bullet list. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Market Manager". We'll have About the role maybe as

    About the role

then a paragraph summarizing. We need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education and Experience and Travel?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills, Benefits, Pay. Could combine Education/Experience and Travel under Requirements. Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements. But we can include Qualifications for preferred background? However instruction says use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements for mandatory qualifications (education, experience, travel). Qualifications for preferred background/experience. Skills for capabilities. Benefits, Pay. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has real content. Let's draft:

We should not include Schedule section as no specific schedule info beyond travel. We must output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, drug-free, etc. Also removed "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." paragraph; we could incorporate some of that into About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About Land O'Lakes, Inc." paragraph is substantive about company. Should we keep it? It's not required but it's substantive. However we already have About the role section; we could add a paragraph after the overview about the company. The instruction says we can have About the role heading; we can include company description there. It's not boilerplate; it's about the company. So we should keep it. Let's add after the overview paragraph: "Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is
