Market Manager

About the role

The Market Director will oversee the Knoxville, Tennessee market from Pompano Beach, Florida. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, this position involves leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve strategic business goals while delivering results that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization.
• Lead and coach teams to improve performance and meet or exceed strategic business goals.
• Identify and implement strategies to penetrate new sales markets.
• Present consultatively to clients and business partners, emphasizing the value of Affinity Group's services.
• Collaborate with the Southeast leadership team to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in food sales and marketing, or with a national food manufacturer.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
