Market Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Market Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Maintenance team. This position is part-time and involves maintaining the physical condition of one of our properties. The ideal candidate will handle daily maintenance requests, respond to emergencies, and perform necessary repairs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Be available for emergency maintenance needs, flood situations, and back-to-back move-ins.
• Make repairs involving doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
• Maintain relationships with outside contractors and suppliers.
• Manage paperwork and invoices related to your work.

Requirements

• 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance.
• A working knowledge of the equipment needed for repairs, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• A passion for fixing things and creating pleasant living environments.
• Ability to identify and address safety concerns.
• Specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC is a plus.

Schedule

Pay

The position pay range is $26.75 - $32 USD.
