Market Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and expediently.
• Remain at the ready for emergency maintenance needs, emergency flood situations, and back-to-back move-ins.
• Maintain paperwork and invoices related to your work.
• Make repairs in the building to things like doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
• Monitor and work closely with outside contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance
• A working knowledge of the equipment needed to make repairs on the property, including electrical and mechanical systems
• Love fixing things, making spaces more pleasing for the people who inhabit them, and being ready to lend a helping hand even in high-stress situations
• Great at identifying safety concerns and solving them
• Specialized trade experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC (a plus)

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. On-call rotation required.
