Responsibilities
- Builds and owns market strategy for McKinstry’s Technical Services Integrated Solutions focusing on higher education and healthcare
- Manages larger contracts for complex customers with an emphasis on optimizing and maintaining facility assets
- Conducts SWOT and competitive analyses related to Technical Services Integrated Solutions strategies and market development
- Motivates and inspires high-performing sales teams
- Maintains sales forecast models and reports potential business risks
- Creates and delivers processes, standards, and communication channels to increase efficiency
- Builds and maintains relationships with industry leaders, associations, and organizations in regional or vertical markets
- Guides clients through energy efficiency project financing and contracting processes
- Utilizes McKinstry’s tools and processes to support customer relationship strategies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 10-15 years of Built Environment experience
- Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities (Higher Education and/or Healthcare)
- Financial/performance contracting experience including previous leadership, sales, and marketing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience positioning solutions in the marketplace and building a team to execute strategy
- Established relationships with industry leaders, associations, and organizations in regional or vertical markets that align with McKinstry business goals
- Technical aptitude with delivery of programs and entrepreneurial spirit
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent business experience required
- Energy/ESCO experience a plus

Pay
The pay range for this position is $215,600 - $327,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
