Market Lead - Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic Construction & Manufacturing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to project success while fostering personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise and guidance to Project Directors, Project Managers & Directors of Construction
• Maintain an effective business development program, securing profitable work on a routine basis
• Confer with professional staff to resolve operating problems, authorize divisional operational procedures, and approve all major estimates
• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts to facilitate positive relationships and communication
• Maintain positive financial posture for assigned division work segments and monitor cost analysis activities on a routine basis
• May manage financial aspects of division’s work activities
• Perform additional assignments as required by the operating needs of the division or as directed by the Group President

Requirements

• Four-year degree plus three to five years of experience in an applicable field
• Extensive experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, specifically Salty Snacks & Confections
• Extensive experience in the management of construction operating units
• Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required
• Extensive knowledge of financial operations, marketing, estimating, and employee relations required
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, and analytical skills a necessity

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree
• Must have at least three to five years of relevant experience
• Must have extensive experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, specifically Salty Snacks & Confections
• Must have extensive experience in the management of construction operating units
• Must have advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations
• Must have extensive knowledge of financial operations, marketing, estimating, and employee relations
• Must have excellent organizational, leadership, communications, and analytical skills

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements
