Market Lead - Food Manufacturing
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic Construction & Manufacturing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to project success while fostering personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise and guidance to Project Directors, Project Managers & Directors of Construction
- Maintain an effective business development program, securing profitable work on a routine basis
- Confer with professional staff to resolve operating problems, authorize divisional operational procedures, and approve all major estimates
- Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and A/E contacts to facilitate positive relationships and communication
- Maintain positive financial posture for assigned division work segments and monitor cost analysis activities on a routine basis
- May manage financial aspects of division’s work activities
- Perform additional assignments as required by the operating needs of the division or as directed by the Group President
Requirements
- Four-year degree plus three to five years of experience in an applicable field
- Extensive experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, specifically Salty Snacks & Confections
- Extensive experience in the management of construction operating units
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required
- Extensive knowledge of financial operations, marketing, estimating, and employee relations required
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, and analytical skills a necessity
Qualifications
- Must have a four-year degree
- Must have at least three to five years of relevant experience
- Must have extensive experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry, specifically Salty Snacks & Confections
- Must have extensive experience in the management of construction operating units
- Must have advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations
- Must have extensive knowledge of financial operations, marketing, estimating, and employee relations
- Must have excellent organizational, leadership, communications, and analytical skills
