Food Production Lead

About the role

In the role of Lead, Production, you will assist the Chef in overseeing the Production Department. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with employees to develop their passion for producing great food and ensure the kitchen is operating smoothly. These duties include regular cooking activities and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate desired
• 3 years' experience in food service required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to perform detailed assignments, follow directions, work under pressure, and readily adapt to change in routine and work assignments
