Lead Production

Lead Production – responsible for directing the safe and efficient operation of the department, performing simple production operations, monitoring and driving plant performance indicators, and aligning priorities with production demand.

Location: Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Direct safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Perform simple production operations.
• Monitor and drive plant performance indicators.
• Align priorities with production demand.
• Train employees on the safe and proper way to set and operate equipment on the mills.
• Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
• Communicate production needs with other support groups.
• Problem‑solve daily and adjust to changing priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in tube mill and/or roll forming process functions.
• 1–3 years involved with mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing and leading 10+ employees.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow dress code and written/verbal instructions.
• Flexibility with production hours.
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality and consistency.

Preferred Skills & Training

• Experience with special measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, tape measures).
• 5S training.
• Lean training.

Schedule

Weekend shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm.
