What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Turn existing relationships into real business with real estate agents, lenders, and title/escrow partners
• Build content and community online to position yourself as the go-to person in the local market
• Run a simple, repeatable outreach process using a provided playbook (no guessing, no cold scripts)
• Receive weekly coaching from people who want you to make more money

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relationship-building experience in the local market
• Already well-connected or one introduction away from being so
• Competitive and driven to win, not just participate
• Entrepreneurial mindset seeking a platform to build something real
• Active on social media and comfortable using AI tools to move faster
• A connector, go-to person, and maven whom others come to for advice and referrals
