Growth Marketing Associate
About the Role
STLabs is an AI service management platform that resolves employee requests end‑to‑end, grounded in a living model of the enterprise. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to be the execution engine behind our go‑to‑market. This generalist role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants range: you’ll write LinkedIn posts, work the room at field events you planned, build landing pages, and pull the numbers afterward — often in the same week. Our buyers are senior IT and service leaders (Heads of IT, Service Ops, CIOs) at large enterprises, and you’ll help us reach them in ways that feel less like enterprise software marketing and more like content people actually want to read.
Responsibilities
- Write a high volume of original copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and the website while maintaining a consistent voice.
- Own field marketing end‑to‑end: plan and run dinners, conferences, and customer events, from venue and invite list through follow‑up.
- Partner with sales on outbound and ABM campaigns, building assets and sequences that warm target accounts ahead of first touch.
- Learn the product deeply enough to explain it yourself and turn technically hard concepts into compelling stories for CIOs.
- Track performance across every channel and campaign, honestly reporting what isn’t working.
- Kill underperforming ideas quickly and reallocate resources, preferring ten experiments over perfecting one.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in marketing, ideally including field marketing or demand generation at a B2B company.
- Strong writer with range—able to shift between punchy social posts and longer technical narratives while preserving voice.
- Personable and quick to connect; comfortable working a room at customer dinners or conference booths.
- Exceptional attention to detail in event logistics, campaign QA, and copy proofing.
- Self‑directed: can take an ambiguous goal and deliver work, not just questions.
- Enough technical grounding (CS or engineering background, technical coursework, or experience at a technical company) to understand and credibly tell our story.
- Analytical instincts: comfortable with spreadsheets or dashboards and able to make decisions from data.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment where priorities shift week to week.
Compensation
The reasonably estimated yearly compensation for this role is $90‑$120k USD.
Benefits
- Unusual scope for an early‑career role—own real channels and see your work in market within days.
- A culture that values craftsmanship, autonomy, and technical excellence.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Work from our office by Penn Station, side‑by‑side with the founding team in a supportive, collaborative setting.
- Convenient commute: nearly every subway line, plus LIRR, NJ Transit, and Amtrak arrive at the door.
- Travel to events as the business requires.
Schedule
Our team works on‑site five days a week, with travel to events as needed.
