We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role etc. We need to extract content: About the Company is not a section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings if present. The posting includes "About The Company" but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can include About the Company? Not listed as allowed heading. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should only output sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a description of role: "What You’ll Do" etc. That could be Responsibilities. Also "You are likely to succeed if you have:" could be Requirements or Qualifications. Also "Things that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:" could be Benefits. Also "Compensation Range: $150K - $200K" is Pay. Also maybe "Location: you are based in New York or Madrid, or have a willingness to relocate." Could be part of Requirements? Not a separate heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe a brief intro? The posting starts with "About The Company". Not exactly role. Could treat "About The Company" as About the role? Might be okay but instruction says use About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role...). We could include About the role with content from "About The Company" and maybe mission. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could put company description under About the role. - Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do" bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications: from "You are likely to succeed if you have:" bullet list (background, communication skills, etc.) Could be Requirements. - Benefits: from "Things that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:" bullet list. - Pay: from "Compensation Range: $150K - $200K". Could be a

. - Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include. We should not include empty sections. We need to ensure we don't include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details like "Unlimited time off 🌴 Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves." etc. We need to format lists appropriately. Let's extract content. About The Company paragraph: "Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Norwest, Galaxy Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, FirstMark, Lightspeed, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk. Our Ethos We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company. Rain operates around the world and services global businesses and platforms with embedded financial products and services. We work with some of the biggest businesses in the world and serving them means servicing their end users around the world. Getting there usually means expanding our licensing coverage either through direct force projection or through strategic partnerships. Once we’re in a market this work transitions to getting our products and services up and running to ship local products. Market Expansion is a high impact, small, SWAT-like team that owns launching local financial products in each of our target geographies. We like to work in person and we work on every market Rain decides to enter. As part of this team, you will go exotic places, meet exotic people, and build exciting products. The team is, by definition, heavily cross functional requiring team members to work with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Go To Market. We are accountable for the outcome, not for the project plan. The model is deliberately temporary in each market. A launcher deploys into a market, launches the product, hires and hands over to a local GM, and moves to the next one. A market launch is a complex project that runs 3 to 12 months, touches around twelve cross functional capabilities and more than ten internal functions. If you want a clean, independent role inside one function, this is not for you. If you want to be personally accountable for making an impact on one of the fastest growing financial technology companies, keep reading." That's a lot. We'll put under About the role. Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list: - Be Global: Spend significant time, in person, in each market you launch. - Be Autonomous: Own a market launch end to end, from the point the entry decision is made to the point the business runs without you. - Operate Across the Company: Work with our legal team to manage the local regulatory and legal processes for licence expansion or transfer where we go direct. - Define and execute the operationalization strategy for each market, meaning the specific decisions about how Rain's technology, team and systems get deployed in the local market. - Identify and solve blockers to quick market launch. - Coordinate and drive a 100 day plan for each market, including the workstream owners, the sequencing, the reporting cadence, and the escalation path when a workstream slips. - Identify and hire the key local roles, usually a country lead and their first two or three hires, and ramp them up / coach them through the first few weeks at their roles. - Detect what is missing before it becomes a problem. Additional licences, gaps and remediations that nobody has scoped. - Own and improve the playbook. We need to preserve each bullet as

  • . Requirements/Qualifications: "You are likely to succeed if you have:" list: - Background: roughly 6 to 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or an operating role in a regulated fintech or payments business. - Communication skills: you can independently write high-quality formal documents, and represent Rain in high-stakes meetings (e.g., with regulators, investors, partners, customers…). - Business and tech acumen: can work through complexity across different workstreams (e.g., pricing, tech, legal, compliance) identifying what matters in a context full of noise. - Project management experience: you have driven complex projects to completion, particularly when task owners don’t directly report to you. - Practicality and effectiveness: you get things done quickly despite challenges, and are able to deliver a high amount of output when required. - Intellectual curiosity: you are eager to go deep into technical topics, particularly when the response is not obvious. - Desire to travel: you are interested in spending significant time in person in the target markets to launch the product, hire a local team, and solve problems. - Location: you are based in New York or Madrid, or have a willingness to relocate. - Languages: you speak native / fluent English. - Bonus attributes: Direct experience with regulatory approval processes, market expansion, post-merger integration, on either side of the table. - Experience in payments, card issuing, e-money or banking, whether at an operator, a regulator, an adviser or a network. - Having expanded a business into a new geography, including taking a product or a programme live in a new jurisdiction. - Knowledge of the payment / crypto regulatory landscape for payments and digital assets. - Familiarity with stablecoins and how onchain tech interacts with traditional payments. - Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Arabic. - Experience building a function from scratch, including hiring the team who came after you. We could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can just put under Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction allows both headings; we can choose one. Since the list includes both background and bonus attributes, maybe we put under Requirements. Or we could have two sections: Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (bonus). But to keep simple, we can put all under Requirements. Benefits: "Things that enable a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience at Rain:" list: - Unlimited time off 🌴 Unlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take 10 days minimum for themselves. - Flexible working ☕ We support a flexible workplace – work from home, come into an office, or both. We want everyone to work in an environment where they're their most confident and productive selves. - New Rainmakers receive a stipend to set up a comfortable home workspace. - Easy to access benefits 🧠 For US Rainmakers, we cover 95% of your health, dental, and vision plan costs and 90% for your dependents, plus a 100% company-subsidized life insurance plan. - Retirement goals💡 Plan for the future with confidence. We offer a 401(k) with a 4% company match. - Equity plan 📦 Every Rainmaker gets an equity option plan so we all benefit from our success. - Health and Wellness 📚 High performance begins from within. Rainmakers receive a monthly stipend to be used for eligible health and wellness spending like gym memberships/fitness classes, massages, acupuncture - whatever recharges you! - In-office meals 🍜 Rainmakers working from the office enjoy lunch and dinner on us, covered with a DoorDash credit. - Team summits ✨ Summits play an important role at Rain. Time together helps us build relationships and a common destiny. Expect team and company offsites, both domestic and international. Pay: "Compensation Range: $150K - $200K". We'll put as
