About the role

The Design Studio is seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. The Business Development Lead position is remote, while the Market Engagement Lead is based in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies
• Create high-quality visual designs that meet client needs and brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design solutions
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are functional and user-friendly
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in design
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Salary range for the Intermediate Designer is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience. Remote positions offer a slightly lower base salary.

Schedule

Hours for the Intermediate Designer vary based on project needs, typically 40 hours per week. Remote positions have more flexible hours.

The Market Engagement Lead works full-time in Cincinnati, OH, with occasional travel required. The Business Development Lead works remotely, with some travel for client meetings.
