Market Director - Accessibility (Built Environment)

Responsibilities

• Lead operational sales efforts and drive business development initiatives focused on accessibility consulting
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on accessibility compliance and best practices
• Lead accessibly consulting engagements across various project types and industries
• Conduct accessibility compliance inspections for diverse projects
• Provide accessibility plan review services across all design and construction phases
• Develop and deliver training sessions on accessibility for various audiences
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive accessibility solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in accessibility consulting, architecture, engineering, or related consulting services
• Strong knowledge of accessibility-related design and construction regulations including ADA, ABA, FHA, IBC, IEBC, and ICC
• A117.1 experience with state-specific accessibility standards preferred, including MAAB 521 CMR
• Proven track record in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development within professional services
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Self-motivated team player with strong ethics

Pay

$140,000 – $180,000 annually
