Responsibilities

  • Create User Demand with Strategic Dealers (40%): Identify new user targets, conduct product demonstrations, partner with dealer sales teams for ride-alongs, organize product training and sales events.
  • Sell Superfloor™ Program with Strategic Distribution Partners (40%): Promote Superfloor™ program through hands-on product demonstrations, build relationships with partners, execute ride-alongs and sales events.
  • Stay Organized & Drive Results (20%): Maintain user leads, track engagement, leverage tools for lead generation, serve as liaison between departments, report market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant technical field preferred.
  • Experience in analytics-based sales organizations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work hands-on with products in various environments.
