Job Description/Responsibilities

Sazerac is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs).

  • Maximize Sazerac’s brand presence in major chain retail accounts.
  • Implement merchandising programs, manage displays, and ensure product availability.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with distributor representatives to execute national key programs and promotions.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotional and merchandising execution aligns with company goals.
  • Manage a unique daily route based on key account assignments and market geography.
  • Meet or exceed volume and distribution goals for assigned brands.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, or 2 years for new college graduates.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience working with major national retailers (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work early morning hours.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

  • Annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $95,000.
  • Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
