Responsibilities

- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client services or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

Skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
