About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, providing proactive support and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client services or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Pay
