• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Able to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Exploring assigned territory and introducing local businesses to W.B. Mason’s offerings
• Meeting with potential clients, uncovering their needs, and showing how W.B. Mason’s full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier
• Demoing products, sharing web tools, offering custom pricing, and helping new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
• Working closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and support for new accounts
• Attending branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported
