About The Opportunity
Aidin's business is inherently local. Success depends on real relationships with hospitals, case managers, and post-acute providers. The Market Development Manager is the catalyst for local groundswell: partners learn, connect, and collaborate locally, and Aidin needs to be there with them. The company has seen exceptional traction at on-the-ground events like regional ACMA chapters and curated dinners. Being in the market enables spontaneous coffees, deeper conversations, better intel on contract cycles, and more meaningful relationship-building. A true "boots on the ground" presence helps spark market momentum, build early champions, and accelerate the path to deals.
