Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management to existing Food Service on Premise customers to grow volume and meet revenue goals.
• Prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance to contracts.
• Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Affiliate with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years Customer Service Role required
• 1+ years Customer Sales preferred
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
