Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Engage field leadership to communicate retailer and customer value propositions and align on business objectives
  • Conduct business reviews with retail partner field leadership to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and tactics
  • Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed business commitments and drive channel sales
  • Collaborate with business leaders to educate and inform teams on products, solutions, technology, and options available to drive channel
  • Coordinate with people managers across the sales organization to ensure necessary field support for retail partner locations
  • Create strategic plans to achieve business objectives and communicate them effectively across teams
  • Use tools like Salesforce.com to track activities, resolve issues, and share progress
  • Exceed GMV targets and grow LTO applications through strategic and practical execution of a plan
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans and measure their effectiveness
  • Resolve compliance cases as necessary to ensure accurate representation of Progressive Leasing solutions

Requirements

  • Sales growth-oriented professional with experience partnering with larger scale organizations
  • 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business
  • A valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards
  • Ability to communicate goals and objectives, gain commitments, and build relationships at all levels
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
