Market Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Engage field leadership to communicate retailer and customer value propositions and align on business objectives
- Conduct business reviews with retail partner field leadership to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and tactics
- Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed business commitments and drive channel sales
- Collaborate with business leaders to educate and inform teams on products, solutions, technology, and options available to drive channel
- Coordinate with people managers across the sales organization to ensure necessary field support for retail partner locations
- Create strategic plans to achieve business objectives and communicate them effectively across teams
- Use tools like Salesforce.com to track activities, resolve issues, and share progress
- Exceed GMV targets and grow LTO applications through strategic and practical execution of a plan
- Create and execute strategic sales plans and measure their effectiveness
- Resolve compliance cases as necessary to ensure accurate representation of Progressive Leasing solutions
Requirements
- Sales growth-oriented professional with experience partnering with larger scale organizations
- 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards
- Ability to communicate goals and objectives, gain commitments, and build relationships at all levels
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
