Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Engage field leadership to communicate retailer and customer value propositions and align on business objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with retail partner field leadership to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and tactics.
  • Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed business commitments and drive channel sales.
  • Coordinate with people managers to ensure necessary field support for retail partner locations.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans and measure their effectiveness.
  • Resolve compliance cases to ensure accurate representation of Progressive Leasing solutions.

Requirements

  • Up to 50% travel, including driving to visit retail stores.
  • A valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Sales growth-oriented professional with experience partnering with larger scale organizations.
  • 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business.
