Market Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Engage field leadership to communicate retailer and customer value propositions and align on business objectives.
- Conduct business reviews with retail partner field leadership to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and tactics.
- Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed business commitments and drive channel sales.
- Coordinate with people managers to ensure necessary field support for retail partner locations.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans and measure their effectiveness.
- Resolve compliance cases to ensure accurate representation of Progressive Leasing solutions.
Requirements
- Up to 50% travel, including driving to visit retail stores.
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Sales growth-oriented professional with experience partnering with larger scale organizations.
- 6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business.
