Market Development Manager

About the role

You are a key member of our sales team, expected to lead the development of and drive the strategic and tactical sales initiatives needed to achieve our customer-centered, company and brand growth plans in your market.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your leadership and market knowledge to align our customers with our core product brands CAMO, PRO-FIT, and STINGER.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, lumberyards, owners, and sales teams.
• Engage with product development teams to provide market insights.
• Lead through influence and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate the company’s culture and deliver on promises to customers.
• Showcase the value of our brands to inspire users to adopt them.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of field sales and construction experience.
• A proven track record of converting customers from competitor brands.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for our brands and the construction cycle.
• Ability to be on the road daily, with some overnight stays.
