About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable Competitive Intelligence framework for actionable insights
• Own and refine competitive intelligence tools, utilizing AI for timely updates
• Synthesize market data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Conduct assessments for product launches to ensure teams are competitive-ready
• Lead market research to inform product strategy and identify industry trends
• Serve as an expert on competitive dynamics and market shifts
• Align closely with cross-functional teams on competitive strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, Market Strategy in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
• Ability to convert complex data into straightforward business insights
• Experience with competitive analysis and win/loss programs
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence platforms and AI-driven tools
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
