Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, practical exercises, and support training materials for the operational employment and system administration of MTC systems using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology and applicable program standards.
- Conduct formal classroom instruction, hands-on training, over-the-shoulder instruction, and ad hoc skills development in classroom, garrison, and field environments.
- Provide technical expertise and reach-back support to operators, system administrators, and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to resolve system issues and improve user proficiency.
- Evaluate full-spectrum EW operations by assessing electromagnetic warfare support and electromagnetic attack integration, ensuring accurate technical reporting and alignment with MAGTF mission requirements.
- Evaluate SIGINT, EW, and cyber-relevant capabilities at team and battalion levels to enable targeting, battlespace awareness, and rapid response to emerging signal threats.
- Demonstrate knowledge of maritime targeting processes, including Over-the-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T), and related operational workflows.
- Develop, document, and revise system operating procedures, installation guides, test procedures, and other technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with DoD Communications/Intelligence systems administration, operational requirements, test & evaluation, or training.
- This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND or SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
- Familiarity with targeting processes, including over-the-horizon targeting (OTH-T), and the ability to train users on its application in operational environments.
Qualifications
Must have a current/active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
