Mid. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) with Security Clearance

About the role

The Mid. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) position supports a Federal Government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Support sensitive intelligence collection operations including direct support to operational military or IC elements.
• Utilize all intelligence disciplines in the planning, execution, and support of intelligence collection.
• Support joint and/or interagency operations.
• Understand full spectrum HUMINT activities.
• Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy.
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.

Requirements

• A minimum of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer OR a bachelor's degree and completion of a foundational targeting course.
• A minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following areas: China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Additional experience supporting joint and/or interagency operations is preferable.
• Must be a graduate of any of the following courses: HT-JCOE - Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or predecessor/equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector.
• Required skills as demonstrated in resume.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate's degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master's Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Skills

• Understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activities.
• Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy.
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
