Mid. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst)

About the role

The Mid. CI Targeting Cell Support (Targeting Analyst) will support a Federal Government client.

Responsibilities

- Act as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer. - Utilize all intelligence disciplines in planning, executing, and supporting sensitive intelligence collection operations. - Provide direct support to operational military or IC elements. - Support joint and/or interagency operations. - Undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.

Requirements

- Minimum of experience as a CI/HUMINT targeting officer OR a bachelor’s degree and completion of a foundational targeting course. - At least one year of experience in China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea. - Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector. - Understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activities. - Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy. - Required education based on experience level: - High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience. - Associate’s degree: 10 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor’s Degree: 8 years of relevant experience. - Master’s Degree: 6 years of relevant experience. - Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

- College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.
